If you find a product for sale at Tinytots store cheaper anywhere else, we will endeavour to match the lower price. This applies to all branded items for sale at any UK retailer - in stores, catalogues and online (excluding auction sites) for an identical product where the item is in stock, listed as new (excludes used products) and sold by the retailer. Price Match also includes any Facebook or Social Media discount code and any overlay bulk buying discount code. Please contact us and we will verify the price. Items sold as part of a multi-deal are matched to their individual price. The Price Match applies to all products but cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or discounts. Our price match offer can be withdrawn at any time upon the discretion of the duty manager. A price match will only be agreed at time of purchase and cannot be applied retrospectively.
Once we have received your order and payment, we will start to process your order straight away. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.
We work on next day delivery or 48 hours with some delivery companies so once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed. Once your order is dispatched it is acceptance of your order by us. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for collection.
Delivery is free anywhere on the UK mainland on all orders £50 and over, on orders between £10-£50 delivery is just £5.95 and under £10 is £4.00.
Furniture will have a delivery charge of £20.
1 hour delivery slots available on items delivered by interlink so no need to stay in all day.
Most items are delivered by Interlink express, APS or Yodel, on the morning your delivery is due you will receive an email or text (depending which you prefer and which company is delivering) to let you know time of delivery within 1 hour. If this isn't a convenient time then you can use the text or email to arrange a different delivery date.
Where ever we can, we will send smaller items 1st Class with the Royal Mail but bulky items will be sent with My Hermes with 2-3 days delivery and this way can be tracked.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are delivered after 24-48 hours (orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday/Wednesday with exception to bank holidays when delivery will be on the Thursday.
Orders for Mee-go are next working day delivery if order and payment is received before 11am, if it's after 11am delivery will be 48 hours. Mee-go deliveries will be sent via APS a Signature will be needed on delivery.
If you are unavailable when they try to deliver your order, they will try again to deliver next working day, again emailing or texting a 1 hour window. If you should refuse delivery of the goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, then we will contact you to arrange another delivery date if this delivery is also missed, or you decide you no longer require the order then you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
Please note we advise you to check your delivery and to keep any packaging, including the box, until you are satisfied with the product.
A change of mind.....
If within 14 days you have changed your mind about your purchase, we ask that you send it back to us unused and in its original packaging.
We suggest, for you own protection you use 1st class registered post when sending back items.
We take no responsibility for items sent back to us until we have received them.

If you are unable to arrange the collection and safe return of you item then our service department may be able to arrange it for you. There is a minimum charge for this service of £15. If more than 1 box is being collected then there will be a surcharge of £5 per box.

If within 28 days of purchase, your product develops a manufacturing fault, where we can, we will send out replacement parts. If this is not feasible we will replace or refund the items.
Before any refund can be processed our service centre will need to make sure there is a fault, quite often the quickest way to confirm there is a fault, is to take a photo of the product and fault area and email it to use: email@example.com
Then the faulty item will be collected at the expense of Tinytots Store. If upon inspection, at our service centre, the product does not have a manufacturing fault the item will be sent back to the consumer with a minimum service charge of £15.
After 28 days.
If after 28 days and within the products guarantee period, the products develop a manufacturing fault, we will collect and repair the item. If this is not possible than we will replace the item. If a repair or replacement is not possible then we will credit or refund the item.
Note: All items being collected must be adequately packaged, preferably in the original boxes.
