In terms of safety levels, there are no significant differences between belt-mounted and ISOFIX base-mounted child seats. The key, however, is correct installation - and with belt-installed models it is much easier to make a mistake, especially in the daily rush or with a first toddler when there is still a lack of practice. That is why we have created the Dock 2.0 base. It is a universal design for the 0-13 kg category seats: the Avionaut Pixel Pro 2.0 C and the Avionaut Cosmo, which allows them to be fitted quickly, easily and correctly. The base is attached to the ISOFIX hooks in the car, and then the seat is placed on it. And now you can be sure that the installation has been done correctly and your little one can travel safely.

The ISOFIX Dock 2.0 base gives you peace of mind that the seat has been fitted correctly. The ergonomic design makes it easy and intuitive to install, as well as safe. It stabilises the child seat on the car seat, preventing it from moving while riding or during sudden manoeuvres. The base is equipped with a special support leg, which further immobilises the entire set.

Ordering

Once we have received your order and payment, we will start to process your order straight away if its in business hours, out of business hours will be fulfilled next working day. You will receive an email confirming that we have received your order.

We work on next working day delivery with DPD so once you have placed an order it will be dispatched the same day or the next day depending on the time the order was placed cut off is 1.30pm. Once your order is dispatched it is acceptance of your order by us. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, you will be charged for collection. 

Delivery

Delivery is free anywhere in the UK mainland on all orders £50 and over, on orders between £0-£49.99 delivery is just £3.95.

Delivery to Northern Ireland is £9.95 2-3 working days delivery. We cannot ship large Furniture items here.

1-2 hour delivery slots available on items delivered with DPD so no need to stay in all day.

Our items are delivered by DPD on the morning your delivery is due you will receive an email or text (depending which you prefer) to let you know time of delivery within 1-2 hours. If this isn't a convenient time then you can use the text or email to arrange a different delivery date. 

Orders placed before 1.30pm Monday to Thursday are delivered next day (orders placed Friday to Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday with exception to bank holidays when delivery will be on the Wednesday).

If you are unavailable when they try to deliver your order, they will try again to deliver next working day, again emailing or texting a 1 hour window. If you should refuse delivery of the goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, then we will contact you to arrange another delivery date if this delivery is also missed, or you decide you no longer require the order then you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.

Please note we advise you to check your delivery and to keep any packaging, including the box, until you are satisfied with the product.

We cannot ship any furniture outside of Mainland Uk.

Furniture Orders from Obaby, Tutti Bambini, Babymore and ickle bubba please allow 3-5 working days delivery.

Direct deliveries from Jane, Noordi and Be Cool will be fulfilled by the supplier directly from their warehouse by their nominated carrier.
